One agreement, agreed before you publish

We do not publish a fee you have not seen. This page explains what the listing covers and how the commercial terms are set, so you know what you are deciding.

What the agreement covers

One relationship, one set of terms, however many experiences you list.

How the terms are set

The fee model is the one number that has to be agreed with you rather than published, because it depends on your property and your season. Everything else is fixed and written down.

Agreed with you

Before publishing

We model the season with your own numbers, then write the terms down. Nothing goes live, and nothing is charged, until you have agreed them.

  • Your hours, capacity, prices and terms stay yours
  • No fee is charged before the terms are agreed in writing
  • Guest bookings, check-in codes and the staff view are included
  • The agreement is reviewed with you each season

Pricing questions

What we can answer today, and what needs a conversation with your numbers.

Why is no fee printed on this page?

Because a single number would be wrong for most venues. A beach club selling cabanas and a city hotel selling spa afternoons do not carry the same costs or the same season, so the terms come out of your figures, not a table.

What happens in a season we do not sell?

Day access is seasonal. If you close for winter, you are not selling day experiences, so the terms that apply are the ones we agreed for the season you are actually selling.

Is there a charge for the setup?

The setup session, your configuration and your first published day are part of the conversation we have before you commit. We tell you what is chargeable before any work starts.

Do we need a card to start?

No. DayGreece does not take card details from guests or from venues in this release; guests settle with you at the property.

Bring your numbers and we will model the season.

One call, your occupancy figures and your hours. You leave knowing exactly what you would pay for the days you would actually sell.
