What the agreement covers
One agreement covers the experiences you choose to offer.
- Unlimited experiences
- List as many day experiences as you actually run. Pool, spa, cabana, dining and activities are all covered by the same agreement.
- Your calendar, not ours
- Open the dates you want, close the ones you do not, and change capacity without asking anyone.
- Guest bookings and check-in
- Bookings, codes and arrivals are included. There is no separate fee for the check-in side.
- No lock-in for a season you do not sell
- Terms are agreed per season with us. If next summer looks different, we redo the numbers together.

Your fee depends on your property and the season, so we agree it with you directly. The details are set out before anything is published.

Pricing questions
Here are the details we can share now, and what we’ll work through together.
Why is no fee printed on this page?
Because a single number would be wrong for most venues. A beach club selling cabanas and a city hotel selling spa afternoons do not carry the same costs or the same season, so the terms come out of your figures, not a table.
What happens in a season we do not sell?
Day access is seasonal. If you close for winter, you are not selling day experiences, so the terms that apply are the ones we agreed for the season you are actually selling.
Is there a charge for the setup?
The setup session, your configuration and your first published day are part of the conversation we have before you commit. We tell you what is chargeable before any work starts.
Do we need a card to start?
No. Nothing is charged before the terms are agreed in writing.
